Youth Gathering with Bhagavan

Q22:
Is there any difference between animals and humans?
A:
They are very much like human beings. Insects also are like human beings. In-fact you can talk with them. I was told that a youth asked me, I want to know about animals. Bhagavan responded by saying, yes I will make you experience how an animal behaves. Tomorrow in your class, I will put you (your being) into a lion, so that you can experience it.
Q23:
Bhagavan, could you just tell, why the world is not in peace?

A:

(Bhagavan, responds firmly) Because you and your wife are not in peace.
 
Q24: How does the process of healing work?
A: It depends on what we heal. If it is psycho-somatic in origin, then healing is done in the mind. If it is physical, then healing is first on the heart, brain, immune system and the body.
By and large what is psychosomatic in origin is what we heal and we do other healings also. If there is strong karma from one's past lives, then the healer would set right the cause for the karma and then begin healing. Except karmic, others forms of healing can be done easily.
 
Q25:
 Where do I strike a balance between respecting parents and my ideals?
A: If you really show love to your parents, they would automatically start acting according to you. They wouldn't be against you. If after this, they continue, then your ideals are important.
 
Q26: Bhagavan, I don't know you physically. But my heart is in search of the god. Is it possible for me to see you?
A: I can still appear to you, wherever you are. I can appear in dreams also.
 
Q27:
Bhagavan, you say that, the body is not yours, thoughts are not yours, self is a concept. Then does it mean that only divine will rules and not freewill?
A: There is Divine will only and no freewill. You will discover these things when you reach higher state.
 
Q28: Bhagavan, did you recognize Sri Amma as the other side when you met her for the first time?
A: (smiles) Yes, instantly we both recognized.
During the process of Enlightenment, we do the process on two nadis (energy meridians). I handle the Ida nadi and amma the pingala nadi. Sometimes we switch over. If people have birth oriented trauma, then Amma will handle because she is a mother.

I also need to be inspired and she does that. (Smiles)
 
Q29: Bhagavan why did you leave Sri Amma at Nemam (location of other temple)?
A: I am dealing in enlightement and she is dealing with human desires - and people for desires come in large numbers. So in Nemam, Amma can handle that crowd.
But we meet two days in a week. (laughs)
 
Q30: Bhagavan, Are you a god? Are you my illusion? What is the definition of god?
A: In IQ I am and I am not. Everything has a paradox. If I do miracles then I am. My body is subject to physical limitations, so I am not.
When I am physically in your presence, then I can't appear as light, so I am not god. But I can also appear as light.
 
Q31: There is one Mahavakya (life principle of Bhagavan). There is no individual karma only collective karma. When I am not existing, how could I have a karma for myself?
A: All you people are coming from different lokas (dimensions in the universe). When you want to come to earth, you have a choice of karma and vasanas (negative life patterns) to choose, and upon your selection you come here. The moment you choose that, we cut your memory.
That is why when people come and tell me that I have this problem and that, I see them, it is they who had asked for this life, so I can't do anything.
 
Q32: Is golden age creating a spiritual revolution ?
A: Yes, because it has to happen. Time has come, so it is happening.
 
Q33:
Bhagavan how do you foresee that poverty will cease in 2012. What type of government do you foresee?

A:

I have to be careful in answering this. (Smiles)
The constitution might change. More democratic it would be. Unemployment will vanish naturally. Not that government will do that, but it will happen. The government would support it.
 
Q34: Bhagavan what is the purpose of life? If the purpose is to see god, then we could have seen him before birth?
A: If you are truly living, this question disappears. Only if you don't live truly, this question will arise.
 
Q35:
 Bhagavan do you fight with Sri Amma? Do you have any differences?
A: Yes. (Smiles) It is about grace to people.
I wait till a man learns and then give. She says it has to be given to him straightaway. On these issues we have problems. Otherwise it is a healthy relationship.
Now people have found that, if they don't get anything from me, they go to Amma, and get that done. (Smiles)
 
Q36: Bhagavan, what is creativity? How does one become creative?
A: After you work hard and set aside thinking, then you can be creative.
Creativity should be coming from inside. You have to do really hard thinking and also put aside the thought process, then it would come automatically, which you will not be aware of. In silence creativity occurs.
 
Q37:
Bhagavan, I experienced emptiness after deeksha? I have heard you telling emptiness is fullness? Is it true?
A: Yes, they are two sides of the same coin.
 
Q38: What is the difference between ego and self-confidence?
A: Ego is of 6 types: the dominating ego, the ego refusing to dominate, the I am right or the you are wrong egp, the covering up ego and the defense mechanism.
If you are falling in these six, then it is ego, otherwise it is self-confidence. There is no 7th type of ego.
 
Q39: Bhagavan, why do you give only success and not enlightenment to the youth?
A: We feel that if you are given enlightenment, you won't be successful (in the world). If we feel we can give it, then we will give.
 
Q40: Bhagavan is your grace dependant on karma or independent of it?
A: My giving grace is not dependent on karma. But you receiving it may depend on it. Certain forms of karma may be obstructing, but that can be cleared.
 
Q41: If everyone is enlightened, will everyone leave this world?
A: The earth would be a paradise. We all would have a gala time.
The parties and celebration you have here, is the same in other lokas also.
 
Final Message from Bhagavan is stressed on Inner integrity.

Be where you are and see what you are. This is the first and last step.
Experience things. Don't escape.
